Terms of Service

By using Blurline you accept these terms. Read carefully. Questions: legal@helolinks.com

You must be 16+ to create an account. Account requires: valid email or phone number, 2FA verification, Face ID / Touch ID (recommended). You are responsible for your account security. Never share your login credentials.

We provide: consent management platform, technical proof via cryptographic hash, timestamp service (RFC3161), Merkle-tree verification, append-only event log. We ONLY store: hash, timestamp, status, Merkle-proof. No content, no details.

All rights to Blurline (code, design, brand) belong to HeloLinks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service. You may NOT: reverse-engineer the app, abuse the brand, copy the source code.

Your consent data remains yours. We claim NO ownership. You only give us permission to: calculate hash, add timestamp, track status, enable verification. You retain all rights to your data.

You are responsible for: security of your device and keys, compliance with local laws, no abuse of service, truthful information. Loss of device/keys: immediately report via support@blurline.nl

Blurline provides TECHNICAL proof, NOT legal advice. We do not guarantee that consent is legally binding in your jurisdiction. Consult a lawyer for legal questions. Service 'as-is', without warranties.

Current phase: free for early adopters. Future pricing: TBD, with 90 days advance notice. Existing users: grandfathered pricing possible. No hidden fees.

HeloLinks is NOT liable for: loss of keys/device, technical failures, data loss due to user error, abuse by others, indirect damages. Maximum liability: €100 or 12 months service fees (whichever is higher).

You can delete account anytime via app settings. We can suspend account for: abuse, fraud, legal requirements, non-compliance. Upon suspension: 14 days notice period (unless acute threat). Events remain append-only, even after deletion.

We may update these ToS. For material changes: 30 days email notification in advance. By continued use you accept new ToS. If not in agreement: delete account within 30 days.

For disputes: first informal contact via legal@helolinks.com. If unsuccessful: mediation via Dutch Mediation Institute (NMI). Last option: court, jurisdiction: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Dutch law applies. For consumers: local consumer protection remains applicable.
